Stress is the body’s natural physical and mental reaction to today’s hectic life. Vibrance Medical Group will soon be offering meditation, breathing, and yoga classes. Classes will be guided by Birgitta Nielsen, a certified yoga instructor who has recently returned from India where she studied Hatha and Yin yoga, meditation, pranayama (breath work) and Chakra balancing.
