Although quite common, poor sleep hygiene disorders are a very serious threat to your health. Not only can lack of restorative sleep hinder your daily functioning, it can affect the health of your entire body, putting you at risk for many diseases incuding: heart disease, cancer, stroke, diabetes, anxiety & depression, weight gain, impaired cognition, and sexual function.


Since sleep is such an important component of optimal body health every new patient at Vibrance Health is evaluated by Dr. Clair to determine if they are obtaining proper sleep hygiene. Symptoms of sleep health disorders can include snoring, daytime sleepiness.
